From your brief to your dock.

Every shipment runs through the same six steps. We do not skip any of them, and we do not bill for the early ones.

  1. Step §01

    Inquiry

    You send a brief — categories, target SKUs, volumes, destination market, target landed price. The more specific, the faster we quote.

  2. Step §02

    Sourcing

    We map your brief against our factory roster. Where needed we open a new tender — typically 3 candidate factories, samples in two weeks.

  3. Step §03

    QC & Compliance

    Pre-production samples, in-line inspections and a final pre-shipment QC against AQL 2.5. Lab testing pre-cleared before booking.

  4. Step §04

    Consolidation

    Goods move into our HKG / Yantian consolidation point. Mixed-SKU FCL or LCL is built, photographed and chopped before sealing.

  5. Step §05

    Documentation

    Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, CE/FCC reports, MSDS — issued in the language and format your customs broker asks for.

  6. Step §06

    Delivery

    FOB, CIF or DDP to most ports in the EU, UK, US, GCC, ANZ and selected African markets. Live B/L tracking on request.

Do you sell to small importers, or only large chains?

Both. Our smallest active buyer ships one mixed-SKU 20'GP per quarter; our largest moves multiple FCLs a week. We do not maintain a minimum company size — we maintain a minimum order rationale.

Can you do private label and custom packaging?

Yes. We handle artwork, dielines, barcodes, retail-ready multipacks and FBA labelling in-house. Private label MOQs typically start at 3,000 units per SKU; custom formulation projects are quoted case by case.

What Incoterms do you work on?

FOB HKG and FOB origin port as standard. CIF and DDP are available to most ports — we hold accounts with three carriers and a freight forwarder in Sheung Wan, so we book directly.

How do you handle compliance for regulated categories?

Cosmetics: EU CPNP and FDA OTC handled by our regulatory desk. Electronics: FCC/CE/RoHS/UKCA pre-tested before any PO. Toys: independent lab reports per shipment. Food: HACCP source plus destination-market labelling.

Can you source a category that is not on this list?

Often, yes. Adjacent categories — pet supplies, sporting goods, stationery, garden — are sourced on request through our broader factory network. Ask us with a sample image and the target spec.

Do you offer exclusivity or territory protection?

For private-label and ODM projects, yes — written into the supply agreement. For stock SKUs that we list as part of our standard catalogue, no.
